Colleen Levitt has been a top-performing real estate agent in Metro Detroit for over a decade and has helped hundreds of clients build, buy, sell and invest in Metro Detroit real estate.
She is also a seasoned investor with a sharp focus on revitalizing Detroit’s historic neighborhoods. With a deep-rooted passion for architecture, community preservation, and wealthbuilding through real estate, she has remained true to her mission and built a portfolio of multifamily properties in Detroit by rehabbing vacant and blighted properties in up and coming neighborhoods.
